WARNING!
Risk of chemical burns!
Leaky or inappropriately tightened reagent hoses
may lead to leakage of acids and bases. Contact
with acids and bases carries a high risk of chemical
burns.
Therefore:
– Always wear protective clothing and safety gog-
gles.
– Always secure corrective reagent hoses with
cable ties.
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to faulty glass!
Faulty glass vessels, reagent bottles and other
equipment made of glass carry a severe risk of in-
jury.
Therefore:
– Carefully handle objects made of glass.
– Immediately remove shards in the event of a
breakage of glass
– Avoid overpressure in equipment made of
glass.
– Check all components made of glass for dam-
age before every use. Replace as necessary.
