7.4.3.1 Removing a Flow Cell (or Dummy Cell) without Adapter Block
1. Disconnect the capillaries from the cell inlet and outlet connection ports if applicable.
2. Loosen the two screws that hold the flow cell in position and pull the flow cell out of
the detector.
7.4.3.2 Removing a Flow Cell with Adapter Block
1. Disconnect the capillaries from the adapter block in and out connection ports.
However, do not disconnect the tubing from the adapter block to the flow cell.
2. Loosen the screw that holds the adapter block in position.
3. Loosen the two screws that hold the flow cell in position and pull the flow cell out of
the detector.
