Assays on the PROCLEIX
Description
Isolation and purification of viral RNA/DNA
from plasma.
Amplification of target RNA/DNA produces
multiple copies of RNA for easier detection.
Detection of the amplified RNA/DNA using
light-emitting nucleic acid probes.
Analysis of kinetic chemiluminescent data to
determine the validity and reactivity status of a
sample.
