Code Cause
TLH A Left Heater temperature was out of
range.
TRH A Right Heater temperature was out of
range.
TS The ambient temperature in the Sample
Carousel area was out of range.
URM MTU barcode error.
VVFS The volume of the wTCR/Sample in the
MTU tube was higher or lower than
expected.
VVFT The volume of the wTCR in the MTU tube
was higher or lower than expected.

flasher greater than cutoff.

out of range for calibrator or control.
agc Post-kinetic index adjustment specimen
glower greater than cutoff.
cv % cv out of range.
e Data analysis error.
f Failed run flag.
fa Flasher average out of range.
fb Front to back ratio out of range.
fl Calibrator flasher out of range.
g Calibrator glower out of range.
ga Glower average out of range.
ic Invalid sample became valid due to a
crossover.

This is a non-fatal error. All samples in
the affected MTU are marked invalid.

Sample pipetting pauses, but assay
processing continues. No MTUs are

continues when the gauge returns to the
ambient temperature.
