A fatal error occurred during assay
processing.
Note: This flag is not applied when
sample pipetting is aborted, but assay
processing continues.
PFS
A pump failure occurred during sample
pipetting.
PFT
A pump failure occurred during wTCR
pipetting.
QNS
The sample tube had insufficient volume.
RAF
Pipettor error.
The system failed to position the reagent
cooler in the AR Carousel before
aspirating (this is a fatal error).
RDA
RDV error.
RDH
RDV error.

Effect
This is a non-fatal error. The affected
samples are marked Invalid.
Individual Magnetic Wash level sense
errors are non-fatal. The affected
samples are marked Invalid.
This error is non-fatal. All samples in the
affected MTU are marked invalid.
This error does not count towards the
10% invalid criterion (see the appropriate
package insert for more information).
Note: Tiplet Strip Errors are fatal. No
samples are flagged because the MTU
has already left the station when the
strip occurs.
The affected samples are marked Invalid.

processed in the luminometer, including
