Exporting Reports

To save reports electronically:
1. Click Export.
An Exporting Records window appears, then disappears when exporting is complete.
2. If saving to a CD-RW or USB flash memory drive, wait until the LED light on the CD-RW or
USB flash memory drive is no longer blinking before ejecting.
The system saves the report to the archive location. The name of the saved file follows
the naming convention: Serial Number-YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS-worklistID.pdf.

Assay Reagent Status Report

The Assay Reagent Status Report (AR Report) contains individual bottle identification, expiration
and stability information for unexpired matched sets of ARs that have been scanned into the
system and still have tests remaining. It also gives the tests remaining for each matched set.
The report is broken up into two summaries:

Information about all matched sets currently on-board the PROCLEIX
♦
Information about all unexpired matched sets with tests remaining that have been
previously scanned into the system, but are not currently loaded on-board.
Note: In addition to the reagents shown in the example below, AR reports generated from
the PROCLEIX ULTRIO Plus Assay will include Target Enhancer Reagent.
