Setting The Date And Time - Procleix TIGRIS Operator's Manual

To configure the archive parameters:
1. Ensure that the system is in Standby mode and that an appropriate operator is logged in.
2. From the Configuration tab on the Configuration screen, click Archive Configuration....
An Archive Configuration window opens.
3. Enter the archive path where archived information will reside in the Set New Archive Path
field.

To archive to the PROCLEIX TIGRIS System computer hard drive, enter
"C:\TIGRIS\Archive."

To archive to the CD-RW drive, insert CD-RW into the appropriate drive, then enter
"D:\."
♦
To archive to a USB flash memory drive, insert the drive into a USB port, then enter
"E:\."
4. Select archive options:
♦ Allow Send Logs – enables operators to export all logs to the archive location.

Auto Archive/Purge Activity Entries – enables auto-archiving of the Activity Log at
a specified interval:

Auto Archive/Purge Message Entries – enables auto-archiving of the Message Log
at a specified interval:

5. Click OK to save the settings.
Note: The system automatically archives the Activity and Message logs during
system startup. This process may take several minutes.

Setting the Date and Time

To set the date and time for the system:
Note: This function is only active when the system is in Standby mode and no inventory
(fluid or AR) is loaded.
1. On the Configuration tab of the Configuration screen, click Set Date and Time....
A Set Date and Time window opens.
2. Manually enter the current date or click the down-facing arrow in the Date field to open the
date-select calendar and select the current date.

Select the Based on Age option to archive the Message (or Activity) Log every
set number of days. Then fill in the __ Days or older field in order to indicate the
amount of logs to be archived/purged.
Select the Based on Log size option to archive the Message (or Activity) Log
according to the set number of entries. Then fill in the __ Entries or more field in
order to indicate the amount of logs to be archived/purged.
Select the Older than __ Days option to archive the Messages Log every set
number of days.
Select the Greater than __ Entries in Log option to archive the Messages Log
every set number of entries. There is no limit to this value.
