PARAMETER SETTINGS
This chapter describes the parameter settings required for communications between the Simple Motion module and other
stations.
2.1

Setting Parameters

Add the Simple Motion module in the engineering tool.
Navigation window  "Parameter"  "Module Information"  Right-click  [Add New Module]

The required settings, basic settings, and application settings are included in the parameter settings. Select one of the
settings from the tree on the window shown below.

After setting parameters, click the [Apply] button
4.
Write the settings to the CPU module using the engineering tool.
[Online]  [Write to PLC]

The settings are reflected by resetting the CPU module or powering off and on the system.

Required Settings

Set the station type, network No., or other parameters for the Simple Motion module.

Set the station No. of the Simple Motion module.
Set "Basic Settings" and "Application Settings" items of the Simple Motion module in
parameter editor.
