SPFC Control macro

This macro provides parameter settings for pump and fan control (SPFC) applications
with a soft start function. To enable the macro, set the value of parameter
APPLIC MACRO to 15 (SPFC CONTROL).
For the parameter default values, see section
page 151. If you use other than the default connections presented below, see section
on page 49.
