5. Use the arrow buttons to set a target value. The default value is 150. The settings range is 50-
9990 cal.
6. Press "ENTER" to confirm your setting and set the resistance level.
7. The default value of "5" will start flashing in the "LEVEL" window.
8. Use the arrow buttons to set the resistance level (1-16).
9. Press "ENTER" to confirm your setting.
10. "START" will start flashing at the bottom of the display.
11. Press "START" to begin the workout and then start rowing. The program will not start until you
begin rowing.
NOTE: You can press "STOP" to end the program at any point. A workout summary will be
displayed on the screen.
NOTE: You can change the resistance level (1-16) at any point with the arrow buttons.
NOTE: Each of the pre-set programs is made up of 16 segments. The total number of calories
burned will be evenly divided into 16 parts. If the total number of burned calories is 160, you will
burn 10 calories per segment and the time of each segment will change according to the
resistance setting. The end of each segment and a beginning of new one is denoted with a chime.
Target DISTANCE
1. Make sure the console is switched on. "MAINPAGE" will be shown at the bottom of the
display.
2. Use the arrow buttons to select "MANUAL".
3. Press "ENTER" to confirm your selection, then press it again three times to select the distance
target program.
