Configuring Tx/Rx for Ethernet Port-Pair Groups
The Ethernet Group Settings table allows you to configure the transmit (Tx) and receive
(Rx) settings for the physical ports belonging to a port-pair group for 1+1 physical port
redundancy.
Notes:
To configure the Ethernet port-pair groups:
1.
Open the Ethernet Group Settings page (Configuration tab > VoIP menu > Network
submenu > Ethernet Group Settings).
2.
Select the 'Index' radio button corresponding to the port group that you want to
configure.
3.
Click the Edit button.
4.
Configure the ports as required. For a description of the parameters, see the table
below.
5.
Click Apply.
6.
Save your settings to flash memory with a device reset (see 'Saving Configuration' on
page 530).

The number of displayed Ethernet Port Groups depends on the ordered
hardware configuration of your device.
The displayed port name on the Web page represents the physical port
on the device. For the mapping of these strings to the physical ports, see
Configuring Physical Ethernet Ports on page 101.
The Ethernet Group Settings table can also be configured using the table
ini file parameter, EtherGroupTable.

(Read-only) Displays the Ethernet port-pair group number.
Defines the mode of operation of the ports in the group:
