The pre set Event Codes of TELIM Re port ing For mat
CAN NOT be ed ited (re fer to "Re port ing For mats" in the
"AP PEN DIX"). There fore, the Com mu ni ca tor will trans -
mit the pre set Event Code.
The pre set Event Codes of CON TACT ID, SIA and SIA
over B-NET can be ed ited (re fer to "Re port ing For mats" in
the "AP PEN DIX"). If the cell is left empty, the Com mu ni ca tor
will trans mit the pre set Event Code, oth er wise, it will trans mit
the ed ited Event Code. For SIA and SIA over B-NET Re -
port ing For mats ac cept 2 up per case let ters only.
1 ... 8 These Num bers rep re sent the Dig i tal Com mu ni -
ca tor Tele phone Num bers that will be called when the
Ac tion oc curs.
The Dig i tal Com mu ni ca tor Num bers are rep re sented by
their ID Num ber (see No. col umn on the Dig i tal Com mu -
ni ca tor page). To se lect/de se lect a Dig i tal Com mu ni ca tor
Num ber, dou ble click on the re spec tive cell (YES in di cates
that the Dig i tal Com mu ni ca tor Num ber will be called).
If you as so ci ate an Ac tion with a Dig i tal Com mu ni ca tor
Num ber which trans mits in CONTACT ID, TELIM,
CESA or SIA Re porting For mat, any other Dig i tal
Com mu ni ca tor Num bers, as signed to the Ac tion
concerned, must trans mit in the same Re porting For -
mat.
All If this op tion is En abled, the Con trol Panel will call
all the num bers when the cor re spond ing Ac tion oc curs.
If this op tion is Dis abled (at de fault), the Con trol Panel
will ter mi nate the call cy cle af ter the first suc cess ful call.
To en able (Y) this op tion, press ENTER or dou ble click
on the re spec tive cell.
Description This editable field is for the Ac tion la bel.
Events This but ton will al low you to se lect the Events
that will trig ger the Ac tion.
CONTACT ID If the se lected tele phone num ber is as so -
ci ated with CONTACT ID, it is pos si ble to as so ci ate this re -
port ing for mat au to mat i cally to pri or ity events,
by se lect ing and con firm ing CONTACT ID (see
the Fig ure 38).
DEFAULT SIA If the se lected tele phone num -
ber is as so ci ated with SIA, it is pos si ble to as so -
ci ate this re port ing for mat au to mat i cally to pri or -
ity events, by se lect ing and con firm ing SIA (see
the Fig ure 38).

Voice Messages

This func tion is pro vided by the K3/VOX2 Voice
Board (ac ces sory item). The K3/VOX2 will al -
low the Con trol Panel to man age up to 64
Voice Mes sages with pro gram ma ble qual ity
and length. The amount of mes sage time avail -
able de pends on the sound qual ity of the mes -
sages, and ranges from 3 min utes 48 sec onds
for high sound qual ity, to 8 min utes 44 sec onds
KYO320
for low sound qual ity (re fer to "K3/VOX2 Voice board" in
the "AP PEN DIX").

No. This is the non-editable Mes sage ID Num ber. This
num ber sub sti tutes the Mes sage De scrip tion in some
parts of the ap pli ca tion.
Description This editable field is for the Mes sage la bel
(max i mum 16 char ac ters).
Quality This field will al low you to se lect the sound qual -
ity, as fol lows: click the re quired cell; click again to high -
light the pro gram ming field; click the ar row to open the
drop-down menu.

dur ing Re cord ing it is pos si ble to set the Time and the
Qual ity.
Time En ter the Mes sage length (in sec onds) (for 63

PRO GRAM MING FROM THE PC
Mes sage No. 63 can be used for the Memo func -
tion (re fer to "Memo" in the USER'S MANUAL) and
Mes sage No. 64 for the Con tin u ous Re cord ing
func tion (re fer to "En able Con tin u ous Re cord ing"
un der "Op tions"). If the Home Memo and/or Con tin -
u ous Re cord ing fa cil i ties are not used, these mes -
sages can be used for other pur poses.
