Arm/Disarm/Bistable If this com mand is en abled, all
the Par ti tions the Zone is as signed to will Arm — when
the Zone trig gers an Alarm, and Dis arm — when it re -
stores to standby.
Par ti tions — Armed by an Arm/Dis arm/Bi stable Com -
mand Zone — can not be Dis armed un til all the Zones
of that type are in standby sta tus (and CANNOT be
Dis armed via Key pad, Reader, Tele phone or PC).
Arm only If this com mand is en abled, all the Par ti tions
the Zone is as signed to will Arm when the Zone trig gers
an Alarm.
Disarm only If this com mand is en abled, all the Par ti -
tions the Zone is as signed to will Dis arm when the Zone
trig gers an Alarm.
Partition Reset If this com mand is en abled, all the
Par ti tions the Zone is as signed to will Re set when the
Zone trig gers an Alarm.
Panel Reset If this com mand is en abled, the Con trol
panel will Re set when the Zone trig gers an Alarm.
Clear Call Queue If this com mand is en abled, the Call
Queue will be cleared when the Zone trig gers an Alarm.

Attributes

The fol low ing at trib utes ap ply to Alarm Zones
ONLY.
Unbypassable Zones with this at trib ute can not be By -
passed.
Chime Vi o la tion of a Zone with this at trib ute — dur ing
Dis armed sta tus of its Par ti tion will gen er ate the Chime
on par ti tion no. event, and an au di ble sig nal (beep) on
the as signed Key pads. Vi o la tion of a Chime Zone —
dur ing Armed sta tus of its Par ti tion will trig ger the Ac -
tions pro grammed for the Type pa ram e ter.
The Chime At trib ute is in ef fec tive on 24h and Fire
Zones.
Test Vi o la tion of a Zone with this at trib ute will not
gen er ate the Alarm on zone no. event. How ever, the
"Alarm - Zone un der test" mes sage will be re corded in
the Con trol panel log. The Test phase will al low you to
check the func tion al ity of the Zones with out trig ger ing
Alarm sig nals. At de fault, the Con trol panel will re cord
ONLY the Events that oc cur dur ing Armed sta tus. How -
ever, by means of the re spec tive op tion, events that oc -
cur dur ing Dis armed sta tus can also be re corded (re fer
to the Op tions page).
The G LED on the key pad will blink when there is
one or more Unbypassed Zones is in Test sta tus.
Autobypassable Zones with this at trib ute will be by -
passed au to mat i cally, if vi o lated dur ing Armed sta tus of

their Par ti tions. They will be unbypassed when their
Par ti tions are Dis armed.
The Autobypassable at trib ute is in ef fec tive on
De layed Exit Zones.
Autobypass with Reset Unbypass Zones with this
at trib ute will be by passed au to mat i cally, if vi o la tion oc -
curs when their Par ti tions are Armed. They will be
unbypassed when standby is re stored.
Stay Zones with this at trib ute will be by passed when
their Par ti tions Arm in Stay mode or Stay with Zero De -
lay mode.
Delayed on Stay Arming This At trib ute can be as -
signed to En try Path Zones ONLY. Zones with this at -
trib ute will op er ate as De layed En try Zones when AT
LEAST ONE of their Par ti tions is in Stay mode.
Delayed and Estimated on Ready to Arm This At -
trib ute can be as signed to De layed Exit and Last Exit
Zones ONLY. If a Zone with this At trib ute is NOT in
standby sta tus when the sys tem re ceives a com mand
to Arm one of its Par ti tions, it will gen er ate a Not Ready
to Arm event.
Display during Entry Time This At trib ute can be as -
signed to De layed En try Zones ONLY. If a Zone with
this At trib ute ac ti vates the En try Time, or is vi o lated
dur ing the En try Time, the de scrip tion of the Zone con -
cerned will be shown on the Key pad dis play.
Vi bra tion This at trib ute must be as signed to Zones
used for Vi bra tion de tec tors. There are two trim mers for
sen si tiv ity ad just ment in the ' Sens. Vi bra tion' sec tion.
Sen si tiv ity: This trim mer sets the 'Sin gle Shock'
thresh old. The se lected value — min i mum 30 (150 ms),
max i mum 1 (5 ms) — will de ter mine the 'Shock' im pact
the zone will al low be fore sig nal ling vi o la tion. Set 1 for
max i mum sen si tiv ity.
Pulse: This trim mer sets the 'Pulse' thresh old. The se -
lected value will de ter mine the num ber of 'Shocks' the
zone will al low be fore sig nal ling vi o la tion. There fore, if
the trim mer is po si tioned on Dis able, the cor re spond ing
zone will be com pletely in sen si tive to Pulses.
For ex am ple, a zone with the 'Sen si tiv ity' thresh old
of 10 and 'Pulse' thresh old of 5 will gen er ate an Alarm
when:
a) it re ceives a sin gle Pulse that ex ceeds the Sen si tiv ity
thresh old of 10 (the zone will be open for 50 ms at least), or
b) it re ceives 5 Pulses of low Sen si tiv ity within 30 sec onds.
Roller Blind This at trib ute must be as signed to Zones
used for Roller blind con tacts. There are two trim mers
for sen si tiv ity ad just ment in the 'Roller Blind' sec tion.
Pulse: This trim mer reg u lates the 'Pulse' thresh old (1
through 7). The se lected value will de ter mine the num -
ber of 'Shocks' that the zone will al low be fore sig nal ling
vi o la tion. There fore, if Dis able is se lected, the cor re -
spond ing zone will be com pletely in sen si tive to Pulses.
Time: This trim mer reg u lates the 'Time' win dow. The
