by dou ble click ing the cor re spond ing cell in the
Dial ler ON or Dial ler OFF col umn.

tact ID pro to col. If teleservice needs this value can be
changed.
SIA N Code Event Code de fault value with SIA pro to -
col (New event). If teleservice needs this value can be
changed.

Telephone action priority

Pri or ity Ac tions will over ride all other Ac tions in the call
queue.
The Dig i tal Com mu ni ca tor Ac tion marked with an ex cla -
ma tion mark (re fer to "Ac tions" in the "Dig i tal Com mu ni -
ca tor" sec tion) has pri or ity over all other Tele phone
Ac tions. The Dial ler Ac tion marked with an ex cla ma tion
mark (re fer to "Ac tions" in the "Dial ler" sec tion) has pri -
or ity over all other Tele phone Ac tions ex cept the pri or ity
Ac tion set for the Dig i tal Com mu ni ca tor.
The pri or ity Tele phone Ac tions are use ful in sit u a -
tions that re quire quick in ter ven tion, such as Med i -
cal emer gency and Du ress.

Colours

each group of events.
