All calls that com ply with the pro grammed Send
Mes sage Af ter con di tions will be con sid ered Suc -
cess ful. How ever, only the Voice on Line op tion
en sures a proper re sponse to calls, there fore, if
you se lect Dial or Time out, you should also en able
Con firm suc cess ful calls op tion.
Voice Timeout This field will al low you to pro gram a
pause af ter di al ling. If the Con trol Panel does not de tect
a voice an swer be fore the Voice time out ends, it will
hang-up and gen er ate a Dial ler ac tion failed event.
The Voice Time out ap plies to the Voice on Line
op tion (un der Send Mes sage Af ter ...).
Valid en tries: 1 through 255 sec onds, in 1-sec ond steps

Delay This field will al low you to pro gram a pause be -
tween the end of di al ling and the Voice Mes sage an -
nounce ment.
The De lay ap plies to the Time out op tion (un der
Send Mes sage Af ter ...).

Messages

of the Voice Mes sage pa ram e ters.
Message repetitions This field will al low you to pro -
gram the num ber of times the Con trol Panel must re -
peat the Voice Mes sage.

De fault set ting: 3
Replay Pause This field will al low you to pro gram the
pause (in sec onds) be tween Voice Mes sage an -
nounce ments.
Valid en tries: 1 through 10 sec onds, in 1-sec ond steps
De fault set ting: 1 sec ond

Options

The Op tions sec tion will al low you to pro -
gram some of the Dial ler op tions.
Call successful numbers If this op tion is
en abled, the Tele phone num bers of suc cess -
ful calls WILL BE REDIALLED in sub se quent
call cy cles. If this op tion is dis abled (at de -
fault), the Tele phone num bers of suc cess ful
calls WILL NOT BE REDIALLED in sub se -
quent call cy cles.
Events WILL NOT be queued when the
Call suc cess ful num bers op tion is en -
abled (re fer to "Events Queue" un der
"Dig i tal Com mu ni ca tor").
Confirm successful calls If this op tion is
en abled, the Con trol Panel will not con sider a

call suc cess ful un til the call re ceiver presses the star
key on the tele phone key pad, in or der to gen er ate a
feed back sig nal.
If this op tion is en abled, you should in clude a re -
quest for the feed back sig nal (press star) in the
mes sage.
Attempts This field will al low you to pro gram the max i -
mum num ber of call at tempts the Dial ler will make be -
fore abort ing the call.

Actions

Each Dial ler Ac tion will trig ger a se ries of tele phone
calls (Voice Mes sages).
The Ac tions but ton opens the Ac tions win dow, the
lay out of which is as fol lows.
No. This field shows the Ac tion iden ti fier num ber. This
num ber is to be used on the Events-Ac tions page, to
as so ci ate the Ac tion with the Events.
! If you se lect this field, the Ac tion will take ab so lute Pri -
or ity over all other Ac tions. There fore, if one of its as so -
ci ated Events oc curs, the Con trol Panel will sus pend
any on go ing Dial ler calls, and will call the tele phone num -
bers of the Pri or ity Ac tion.
To as sign Pri or ity (!): dou ble click on the cor re spond ing cell.
Only one Dial ler Ac tion can take pri or ity.
1 ... 32 Num bers 1 through 32 rep re sent the Dial ler
Tele phone Num bers (re fer to the No. col umn in the
Dial ler book on the Dial ler page).
To as sign an Ac tion to a Dial ler Tele phone Num ber,
dou ble click on the cor re spond ing cell (Y in di cates that
the Ac tion will gen er ate a call to the cor re spond ing Dial -
ler Tele phone Num ber.
