Troubleshooting and Test Functions
The wavelength calibration takes about 3.5 minutes and is disabled within the first 10 minutes after
ignition of the lamp.

Zero-Order Calibration
The zero-order calibration function is used for the electrical calibration of the zero-
order beam of the monochromator.
The grating is driven by the stepper motor while the detector searches for the intensity
maximum occurring at the zero-order position. The zero-order calibration values are
stored in the instrument.
The deviation is displayed in nm on the user interface, see
