Self supervision with internal event list

Functionality
The Self supervision with internal event list INTERRSIG and SELFSUPEVLST function
reacts to internal system events generated by the different built-in self-supervision
elements. The internal events are saved in an internal event list presented on the LHMI and
in PCM600 event viewer tool.
