Data List
The data list area provides the following functions regarding the saving of the
measurement data files.
•
Set the device ID to be recorded to the measurement data file
See "Device ID" on page 4-28.
•
Enter a comment to be recorded to the measurement data file
See "Comment" on page 4-28.
•
Operations for the latest measurement data file
See "Data" on page 4-29.
•
Access to the measurement data files that were automatically saved
See "Data store" on page 4-29.
The setup data and measurement data are automatically saved to a new
measurement data file at the end of the measurement. At this time, you can also
record a device ID to identify your DUT and a comment. And, the destination folder
of the measurement data file for auto-saving is predefined. You can set the device ID
and comment, and change the destination folder using this area.
Device ID
Enter device ID string to the Device ID field. The maximum 10 recently-entered
device IDs can be kept as history, and you can also select one from the history list.
The entered device ID is automatically saved to the measurement data file at the end
of the measurement.
You can also change the device ID in the latest measurement data file after the
measurement here. To change it, change the device ID in the Device ID field, and
then click the Apply button
Comment
Enter a comment string to the Comment field.
The entered comment is automatically saved to the measurement data file at the end
of the measurement.
