I/V Measurement Software
Repeat Starts a repeat measurement. During the measurement, the
measurement status indicator on the front panel lights up.
This allows you to observe the measurement result with
changing the setup.
To stop the measurement, select the Measurement > Stop menu,
click the Stop Measurement button
the Stop key on the front panel.
Stop Stops the measurement.
Displays the following menu item to administrate the configuration of the built-in
modules in the mainframe and test fixture.
Module... Opens the Module Configuration dialog box. See "Module
Configuration Dialog Box" on page 4-78.
Displays the following menu item.
About... Opens the About Box dialog box. See "About Box Dialog Box"
on page 4-59.

The toolbar has four tool button groups. The following shows the tool buttons in the
tool button groups.
File tool button group
Open
Save
Exit

Opens an existing setup file or measurement data file.
This opens the file selection dialog box, destroys the
setup that you are editing, and then opens the file
selected in the dialog box.
Saves the setup that you are editing to the original setup
file.
Exits the I/V measurement software. Unsaved data is
destroyed.
