The following shows the summary of the files handled by the I/V measurement
software.

Description
File name of Measurement Data File on Auto-saving
An auto-saved measurement data file is named as the following rule.
1. Concatenates the device ID, date and time on save by an underscore (_).
2. Concatenates the file extension (.pda-iv.txt) to the end of the "step 1" string.
3. If the "step 2" file name duplicates the existing file name, concatenates the serial
number from 2 enclosed by brackets and the file extension to the end of the "step
1" string.
