14.1 Cause Determination Methods for Each Trouble
Determination method/Action
When the utility is activated, and if the
following User Account Control screen is
displayed requesting a selection of user with
administration authority and password

system does not have an administrator
authority.
Log off the system and login again as a user
with administrators authority, and activate the

CPU modules other than QCPU (Q mode)
cannot be accessed to the 64-bit version of
user application. Use 32-bit version of user
application.

boards are changed at the same time, an
error of duplicated station number or
duplicated control number may occur
temporarily.

Reset the board on which any of the errors
described on the left is detected on the Board
detail information screen ( Section 8.3.3).

correct, and install an appropriate display
