Set the limiting value using the "Arrow" buttons (Nonstop button to increase the number, Interval
button to decrease and UV button to move to the right). With settings above 50 µS/cm (0.02
M·cm), the limiting value is switched off and the word off appears in the display.
Press the "Menu" key once. The display shows:

Ultra pure water limiting value

Press the "Menu" key twice to set the ultrapure water limit value. This sets an error message to occur
when the system reaches the lowest acceptable level of purity. As soon as the error display is
switched on, the error will be displayed in both "Interval" and "Nonstop" modes. When the error
display is switched off, the error is only displayed in "Nonstop" mode. The 'Lim. val.pure w.'
message is displayed when the limiting value is exceeded.
Ultrapure water measuring range: 0.1 M·cm
Limiting value setting range:0.055- 5.0 µS/cm
Basic setting: 0.2 µS/cm (10 M·cm)
Basic setting, error suppression: On
With settings above 5.0 µS/cm, the limiting value is switched off and the word 'Off' is shown in the
display.
Press the "Menu" key two times. The display shows:

UV-Lamp operating time

In this menu, the operating hours of the UV-lamp are displayed. When the maximum operating time
is reached, the "UV-time" error message is triggered. The determination of UV-intensity is not
possible for the Dionex IC Pure system. Therefore the display remains permanently as
"UV-intensity - - -".
