SECONDARY SHEAVE
3. Inspect:
• Secondary sheave spring
Cracks/damage → Replace.
4. Measure:
• Secondary sheave spring (standard) free
length
Below specification → Replace the second-
ary sheave spring.
Secondary sheave spring
(standard) free length:
75.0 mm (2.95 in)
5. Measure:
• Ramp shoe thickness
Out of specification → Replace the ramp
shoe.
Wear limit:
1.0 mm (0.04 in)

ASSEMBLY

1. Install:
• Stopper
Stopper screw:
7 Nm (0.7 m•kgf, 5.1 ft•lbf)
2. Install:
• Sliding sheave
• Fixed sheave
• Bolts
(along with the shims)
Bolt:
10 Nm (1.0 m•kgf, 7.2 ft•lbf)
