CABLE ROUTING
Corrugated tube (engine stop
switch lead, throttle switch
leads, right grip warmer lead,
and thumb warmer lead)
Pass the corrugated tubes and
throttle cable through the upper
guide.
Corrugated tube (left grip
warmer lead, grip/thumb
warmer adjustment switch lead,
brake light switch lead, and
headlight beam switch lead)
Parking brake cable
Left handlebar switch
Route the brake light switch
lead and left grip warmer lead
under the helmet shield heater
jack.
Helmet shield heater jack lead
Route the corrugated tubes,
helmet shield heater jack lead,
brake hose, parking brake cable
and throttle cable (arrangement
should be as shown in the illus-
tration and they should not over-
lap).
Auxiliary DC jack
Fasten the fuel tank breather
hose to the frame cross mem-
ber with a plastic band.
After connecting each of these
couplers – engine stop switch
lead, throttle switch leads, right
grip warmer lead, thumb
warmer lead, left grip warmer
lead, grip/thumb warmer adjust-
ment switch lead, brake light
switch lead, headlight beam
switch lead, and helmet shield
heater jack lead, bundle them in
the rubber cover and close the
rubber cover with the two
bosses.
Fasten the rubber cover to the
lower guide with a plastic band.
Pass the corrugated tubes, hel-
met shield heater jack lead,
brake hose, parking brake cable
and throttle cable through the
lower guide.
