CABLE ROUTING
#3 mark
Insert the projection of the
holder into the hole in the head-
light stay and fasten the fuel
hose. Face the catch of the
holder either up/down.
Route the parking brake cable
under the brake hose.
Insert the projection of the
holder into the hole in the head-
light stay and fasten the brake
hose. Face the catch of the
holder either up/down.
To brake caliper
Coolant temperature sensor
coupler
Fasten the wire harness to the
frame cross member with a
plastic band.
To main switch
Main switch coupler
Fasten the fuel tank breather
hose to the frame cross mem-
ber with the plastic bands. Point
the end of each plastic band
downward.
Face the cutout in the hose joint
flange to the fuel tank.
Install the load control relay at
the second position from inside.
Route the DC back buzzer lead
behind the load control relay
lead.
To throttle lever
Throttle cable
Face the catch of the hose
clamp to the fuel tank.
To right handlebar switch
Route the tail sub-wire harness
above the projection on the fuel
tank right side cover.
Center of hole in fuel tank right
side cover
30 ~ 80 mm (1.18 ~ 3.15 in)
After routing the tail sub-wire
harness, pull the tail sub-wire
harness to the fuel tank and
affix the damper.
