FRONT BRAKE
NOTE:
Tighten the bolts (brake disc) in stage using a
crisscross pattern.

CALIPER ASSEMBLY

WARNING
All internal parts should be cleaned in
new brake fluid only.
Internal parts should be lubricated with
brake fluid when installed.
Replace the piston seals whenever a cali-
per is disassembled.
1.Install:
Piston seals 1
Piston 2
WARNING
Always use new piston seals.
2.Install:
Caliper bracket 1
Caliper body 2
NOTE:
Apply the lithium soap base grease onto the
caliper guide shaft and retaining bolt.

Bolt (brake disc):
16 Nm (1.6 m • kg, 12 ft • lb)
Recommended brake fluid:
DOT 4
