CABLE ROUTING
ECU band
ECU (engine control unit)
Put the branched ECU lead with
the identifier tape on top of the
other branched lead (match the
connector type with the outlet).
Intake air temperature sensor
Fasten the oil cooler inlet hose,
oil pressure switch sub-lead and
crankshaft position sensor lead
with a plastic band. Point the
end of the plastic band rear-
ward.
To headlight
To auxiliary DC jack. Route the
auxiliary DC jack lead outer-
most of all the other leads.
Fasten the fuel hose, fuel pump
lead and speed sensor lead
with a plastic band. The plastic
band should not be front of the
fuel tank.
20 ~ 40 mm (0.79 ~ 1.57 in)
Fasten the fuel hose and fuel
pump lead with a plastic band.
Fuel tank breather hose
Compression spring
Insert the projection on the wire
harness holder into the hole in
the frame cross member.
Make sure the speed sensor
lead and wire harness do not
contact the end of frame cross
member pipe.
Fasten the wire harness and
speed sensor lead with a
holder. Fasten the holder
together with the frame cross
member and frame.
Point the clamp on the hose
upward.
Insert the fuel tank breather
hose until it contacts the run-
ning board support. Oil can be
applied when inserting.
To relay
Speed sensor lead holder
Align the punch mark with the
rivet.
