LIGHTING SYSTEM
3. Inspect:
• Headlight beam switch continuity
Faulty → Replace the left handlebar switch.

HEADLIGHT RELAY

1. Remove:
• Headlight relay (with the black coupler)
RS90GTZ/RS90LTGTZ
RST90GTZ
Inspection steps:
• Connect the analog pocket tester (pocket
tester) (Ω × 1) to the headlight relay terminals
as shown.
Positive tester probe → Blue/White
Negative tester probe → Green
• If headlight relay does not have continuity
between the blue/white and green terminals,
replace it.
• Connect the analog pocket tester (pocket
tester) (Ω × 1) and battery (12 V) to the head-
light relay terminals as shown.
Positive battery terminal →
Negative battery terminal → Black
Positive tester probe → Blue/White
Negative tester probe → Yellow
• If headlight relay does not have continuity
between the blue/white and yellow terminals,
replace it.
