Replacing a RAID adapter battery or flash power module in the
RAID battery tray
Use this information to replace a RAID adapter battery or flash power module in
the RAID battery tray.
About this task
When you install any ServeRAID adapter in the server that come with a RAID
adapter battery, the battery must be installed remotely to prevent the battery from
overheating.
To install a RAID adapter battery in the RAID battery tray, complete the following
steps:
Procedure
1. Read the safety information that begins on page "Safety" on page vii and
