Remove the lock of the take-up tension bar and make adjustment so that the tension
bar is held nearly horizontal to the floor.

By operating the switch of the feeding device at the
rear surface of the machine, loosen the fabric.
(1) Set the  switches to the feeding direction of the media.
(2) Turn to "MANUAL" and feed out the fabric.

Remove the lock of the feeding tension bar and make
adjustment so that the tension bar is held nearly
horizontal to the floor.
(1) Set the  switches to the take-up direction of the media.
(2) Turn the left switch to [MANUAL].
• The tension-bar is lifted, reeling the media. At this time, when the tension bar does not move
upward even if the media is fed, change the  switch.
(3) When the tension-bar arm becomes parallel to the floor, turn the left switch to [AUTO] to stop the
tension-bar.
(4) Turn the  switch to the feeding direction of the media.
