Removal/lnstallation
CAUTION:

1. Drain the brake Jluid Irom the master cylinder.
2.
Relieve the high pressure fluid (see page 19-81) when the high pressure hose is to be disconnected,

Remove the intake air duct
4.
Disconnect the solenoid, pump motor and pressure switch connectors'
5.
Disconnect the six brake pipes Jrom the modulator unit.
6 . L o o s e n t h e t w o | o w e r m o u n t | n g b o | t s , a n d r e m o v e t h e u p p e r m o u n t i n g b o | t s n d t h e m o d u | a t o r u n i t l r o m t h e f r a m e .
7.
lnstall the modulator unit in the reverse order ot removal.
8.
After installation, till and bleed the hydraulic system.
