You are done configuring the LCR. However, before it can be used by any of the

phones connected to the X6004, the LCR needs to be assigned to an appropriate
authority group.

3.2.3 Assigning an LCR to an Authority Group

The Group Management screen allows you to give an authority group (and the
extensions in that group) the right to use an LCR (outbound dial condition). In our
example, we give the authority group Basic the right to call out using the LCR
local_call.
Procedure:
Click Configuration > PBX > Group Management to view the following screen.
