Auto-Attendant > Customized to open this screen.
24.2 The ACD Global Screen
Use this screen to set the global "wrap up" time for each extension in the ACD
system. This is how long the X6004 waits before sending new calls to the agent.
Click Configuration > ACD > ACD Global to open this screen.
