Transfer Roller
The Transfer Roller, located beneath the Drum Cartridge, is driven by direct contact with the
OPC drum. When media moves between the Transfer Roller and drum, the Transfer Roller
applies a positive charge to the rear surface of the media. The negatively charged, developed
image on the drum is attracted by the media's positive charge and is transferred from the drum
to the media.
