REP 11.8 Mailbox Diverter Home Position Sensor

Removal
This procedure applies to both the upper and lower home position sensors.
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the Mailbox Output Trays,
2. Separate the Mailbox from the printer,
3. Remove the left cover, REP 11.2.
4. Remove, but do not disconnect the affected Diverter Drive Assembly.
5. Release 3 hooks that secure the sensor to the Diverter Drive Assembly,

2. Separate the Mailbox from the printer,
3. Remove the left cover,
4. Remove 2 (plastic) screws that secure the mounting bracket,

5. Remove the actuator and bearing from the mounting bracket,
