14. Remove 5 screws (silver, metal) that secure the upper fuser bracket, Figure 12.
13. Remove 3 screws (silver, metal with washers) and release 3 hooks that secure the upper
exit guide to the Fuser. Open the lower exit guide if closed earlier, Figure 11.
