• Check that the FTP path is cor-
rect.
• Check the user name and pass-
word.
• Check the protocol settings.
• Check the port number.
• Check the passive mode set-
tings.
• Check the encryption settings.
• Check proxy settings.
Check whether the the Central
Admin Server "Computer
Browser" service is stopped. If
stopped, start the service.
