b. If you do not have an IBM ID, or you are not currently signed in to the IBM Support
Portal then you will see the web page as shown in Figure A-8.

Here you have the option to Sign in to the IBM Support Portal using an existing IBM ID, or
create a new IBM ID by clicking the Register now link. If you choose the Register now
option, then you will be presented with the IBM registration window as shown in Figure A-9
on page 743.
