There are two main sections to this window:
– Current versions: this section reports the versions of controller firmware and
NVSRAM that are currently installed.
– Select files: this section is where you select the firmware and NVSRAM files that you
want to transfer to the DS3500 storage system. Information about the firmware and
NVSRAM file packages that you select is also displayed in this section.
Note: The checkbox option to Download NVSRAM file with firmware is enabled by
default. We recommend that you always transfer the firmware and NVSRAM at the
same time.
a. In the Selected firmware file section, click on the Browse... button to select the
firmware upgrade file, as shown in Figure 14-41 on page 367.
