Important: If you have multiple management stations running the Support Monitor
software, problems can arise if each instance of Support Monitor requests a log
collection from the same DS3500 storage subsystem at the same time (2 a.m.). There
are three suggested workaround to prevent this from occurring:
1. Stagger the times that the various Support Monitors are scheduled to collect CASDs
2. Ensure that each DS3500 storage subsystem is managed by only one DS Storage
3. Change the frequency that the Support Monitor collects a CASD to "never".
