Step 4. Press the release latch at the top of the drive to release the drive handle.
Step 5. Rotate the handle on the drive upward to the open position.
Step 6. Pull the hot-swap drive out of the bay approximately 25 mm (1 inch). Wait approximately 45
seconds while the drive spins down before you remove the drive completely from the bay.

Step 7. If you are instructed to return the 2.5–inch hot-swap hard disk drive, follow all packaging
instructions, and use any packaging materials for shipping that are supplied to you.
