Attaching AD460 (Duplex Unit)

• Lifting the duplex unit carelessly
or dropping it may cause injury.

• The inside of this machine gets
very hot. Do not touch parts la-
beled "v" (hot surface). Doing
so could result in a burn.

Turn off the power, and then un-
plug the power cable.

Remove the orange fastening tapes
from the duplex unit.
C C C C
Remove the three covers on the
back of the printer.
A Remove the top cover first.
B Pull the rear cover open lever,
and then open the rear cover.

C Remove the right side cover.
D Close the rear cover slowly.
E Remove the bottom cover.
