Using a printer in a NetWare environment, configure the NetWare printing environment by using
SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin.
Note
If you configure the NetWare printing environment by using SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin
under the following environments, NetWare Client provided by Novell is required.
• NDS mode in Windows 95/98/Me
• NDS or Bindary mode in Windows 2000/XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows NT 4.0
Use the version of Novell Client provided with your operating system or the latest version.

SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin displays a list of printers, which are connected to the network.
If you cannot find out the printer from the displayed list, see the configuration page printed from
