A Insert the pin end of the mount-
ing bracket between the printer
and paper feed unit.
B Tighten the knob of the mount-
ing bracket.
C Attach the mounting bracket to
the fastening site at the left
rear corner using the same pro-
cedure described in steps A A A A
and B B B B .

Attaching PAPER FEED UNIT Type 1000

Attach the side covers between the
printer and paper feed unit.
The side covers are attached at two
places on the left and right sides
(as viewed from the front). The fol-
lowing explains attaching the side
cover on the right side. The left
side cover is attached in the same
manner.

side of the printer with those on
the side cover, and then insert
the side cover between the
printer and paper feed unit. At
that moment, push in the tabs
