Using a Web browser

Start the Web browser.

Enter "http: //(IP address of printer whose settings you want to change)/" in the address bar
to access the printer whose settings you want to change.
The Web Image Monitor Top Page appears.

Click [Administrator Mode].
The dialog box for entering the password and user name appears.

Enter your user name and password, and then click [OK].
To use the factory default account, enter no user name and type "password" for the password.

In the left area, click [Configuration], and then click [Network].

Click [TCP/IP].

Check [WINS] in the [Ethernet] column is [Active], and then enter the WINS server's IP address
for both [Primary WINS Server] and [Secondary WINS Server].

Click [Apply].

Exit the Web browser.
