Where Incoming Message are
Delivered—Output Tray
To change where incoming messages
are delivered, adjust the Output Tray
setting in the System Settings.
When the Selected Output
Tray Becomes Full
If you install the optional Finisher
Unit, the machine automatically de-
tects when the selected Output Tray
becomes full. When this happens, a
warning will appear on the display
and the message will be received us-
ing Substitute Reception. Messages
received this way will be automatical-
ly printed as soon as you empty the
Output Tray.
When the Finisher Unit is
Installed
You can use the optional Finisher
Unit for large capacity paper delivery
and sort delivery.
Limitation
When the optional 3000-sheet Fin-
isher is installed and you set the
Output Tray to Internal Tray, re-
ceived messages longer than 12.9"
(330mm) are delivered to the Fin-
isher Proof Tray. For example, if
the first page sent is 8.5" 11"L/
A4L and the following pages are
11" 17"L/A3L, the first page
will be delivered to the Internal
Tray and the following pages to
the Finisher Proof Tray.

Note
If you receive messages larger than
12.9" (330mm) on a regular basis,
we recommend that you choose an
Output Tray setting other than In-
ternal Tray.
