normal precautions be taken to
avoid application of any voltage
higher than maximum-rated volt-
ages to this high-impedance circuit.
Reliability of operation is enhanced
if unused inputs are tied to an ap-
propriate logic voltage level (e.g.,
either GND or Voo).
