ASSEMBLY ANO INSTALLATION - 90/115
Shift Rod Guide Housing
1. lnstall spring ~ and detent ball @ into shift rod guide
housing.
2. Apply Triple Guard Grease to shift rod oil seal.
~ Triple Guard Grease
3. lnstall shift rod
@
and washer
®
into the shift rod guide
housing @, then secure it with snap ring
( ! ).
NOTE:
Before installing shift rod guide housing assembly, be sure to
put horizontal slider in neutral position.
4. Apply Triple Guard Grease to O-ring.
• Apply enough Triple Guard Grease on oíl seal befare
installing seal cover @ so that there is no space between
them.
