3. lnstall flywheel and tighten flywheel bolt to specified
torque. (See page 3-47)

~ Flywheel bolt: 245 N-m (24.5 kg-m; 177.0 lb-ft)
CYLINDER HEAD COVER
NOTE:
Befare installing cylinder head cover, check tappet clear­
ance. (See page 2-10)
1. Apply Three Bond to area as shown in figure.
~ Three Bond No. 1207B
2. Assemble new O-rings and cylinder head cover gasket to
cylinder head cover.
IACAUTION
1
Do not reuse gasket and O-ring once removed. Always
use new parts.
NOTE:
Be sure to check al/ parts for wear or any damage befare
installation and replace any found detective.
3. lnstall cylinder head cover to cylinder head and tighten
cover bolts to specified torque.
~ Cylinder head cover bolt:
11 N-m (1.1 kg-m; 8.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:
Use care when installing cy/inder head cover. Be certain
cyt­
inder head cover gasket and O-rings remain in their correct
positíon.
