ELECTRIC STARTER SYSTEM
NEUTRAL SWITCH
Neutral switch on cylinder block
1. Disconnect neutral switch lead wire connector.
2. lnspect continuity between Yellow/Green and Brown lead
wires while operating remate control handle.
Shift position Continuity
Neutral Yes
Forward No
Reverse
No
lf out of specification:
• 1 st Check switch position adjustment, readjust if neces­
sary.
• 2nd Replace neutral switch.
NOTE:
After installing neutral switch, check far proper correct func­
tion by operating remate control hand/e.
